Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights (Clinical RWD/RWE Solutions) to lead and grow a small team of RWD specialists, directing strategy and execution across data, science and product domains.

You will own the definitional standards for real‑world evidence, translate clinical knowledge into buildable specifications, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver insightful, defensible analytic solutions that power content and AI‑driven offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands‑on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Fluency in US real‑world data sources.
• Strong clinical expertise and ability to translate to cohort definitions.

Responsibilities

• Set the RWD/RWE strategy across therapeutic areas.
• Own cross‑functional relationships with Product, Data Science, and Technology.
• Translate complex RWD concepts into precise specifications.
