Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director of Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and drive long-term relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role focuses on negotiating rebates, discounts, and formulary inclusion while supporting client value through cost modeling and budget impact analysis.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist qualification with PBM/healthcare plan experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating rebate contracts and formulary decisions.
• Strong collaboration with Pharma, clients, Navitus and vendors.
• Ability to model costs, forecast rebates, and analyze budget impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Rebate Contractors team to support rebate strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers for rebates/discounts.
• Support P&T processes with financial modeling and presentations.
• Develop competitive pharma contract structures to meet client needs.
• Train and mentor team members for career development.
