Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting with rebate strategy experience. The role leads the IRC team to negotiate pharma contracts, support formulary decisions with cost modeling, and drive growth through value-based contracts.

The position focuses on building relationships with manufacturers, supporting P&T processes, and ensuring effective rebate structures to benefit Navitus’ clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred; MBA or applicable degree/experience desired.
• At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience preferred; rebate contracting/formulary management a plus.
• At least 1 year experience in contract negotiation (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D) or equivalent.
• Pharmacist should have or could obtain an unrestricted licensure in Wisconsin.
• Up to 20% travel time required; valid driver’s license required.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives; cooperative team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma manufacturers, Navitus, and partners.
• Develop and implement strategies for a competitive pharma contract structure.
• Lead pharma negotiations and expand rebates to minimize net costs for clients.
• Provide financial modeling and budget impact analysis to support P&T processes.
• Lead, train, and develop the IRC team for career growth.
• Collaborate with Navitus operational teams to ensure contracts are understood and executed.
