Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and drive strategic pharma contracts. The role focuses on rebate structures, cost modeling, and P&T support to deliver value for Navitus’ clients.

The candidate should have pharmacy credentials and 5+ years in PBM/healthcare plan settings, with demonstrated experience in rebate contracting and negotiations. Travel up to 20% is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience preferred; rebate contracting & formulary management.
• Experience in contract negotiation (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D) preferred.
• Pharmacist licensure may be required; Wisconsin licensure or ability to obtain.
• Up to 20% travel time required; valid driver’s license; compliance mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with pharma, customers, Navitus, and partners.
• Ensure resources are in place to meet Navitus’ current and future needs.
• Develop strategies and action plans for competitive pharma contracts with appropriate agreements and audits.
• Lead rebate-related discussions and support P&T processes with financial modeling and presentations.
• Lead pharma negotiations to expand high net rebates and achieve lowest net cost for clients.
• Lead, train and develop the Navitus Contractors team for career growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
