Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and enhance pharma relationships. You will negotiate rebates, craft contracts, and support formulary decisions with cost modeling and budget impact analysis.

You will collaborate with P&T and Drug Information teams to expand rebates and drive Navitus client value, with up to 20% travel and a strong emphasis on strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D is preferred; MBA or related experience is desirable.
• At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience, with rebate contracting and formulary management.
• At least 1 year of contract negotiation experience (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D).
• Pharmacist license with potential state licensure (Wisconsin) and up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Rebate Contractors to support relationships with pharma manufacturers.
• Negotiate contracts for rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.
• Provide cost modeling, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analysis.
• Support P&T processes and lead negotiations to expand high net rebates.
