Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and drive strategic pharma contracts for formulary inclusion.

The role collaborates with the Drug Information and operational teams to deliver robust cost modeling, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analyses that support Navitus clients’ value-based contracts. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years PBM/healthcare plan experience.
• Rebate contracting and formulary management preferred.
• Pharmacist licensure with Wisconsin eligibility or licensure

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the Rebate Contractors team.
• Negotiate pharma contracts for rebates and discounts.
• Support P&T processes with cost modeling and budget impact analyses.
• Develop and implement competitive pharma contract structures.
• Coordinate with Drug Information and operations teams.
