Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead RWD/RWE strategy and oversee a small team of specialists. You will partner with Product, Data Science and Technology to deliver defensible real-world evidence and analytics solutions across therapeutic areas.

The position emphasizes ownership of data standards, stakeholder relationships, and the translation of clinical knowledge into buildable specifications for AI-driven content products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership across open/closed claims, lab, EMR/EHR, registries and drug data.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and ability to translate clinical reasoning into cohort definitions and endpoints.
• Proven ability to translate complex RWD concepts into buildable specifications for data science and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the RWD/RWE strategy and govern standards for cohort definitions, endpoint logic and study design.
• Direct and develop a small team of RWD specialists (two direct reports) and ensure on-time delivery of data and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Product, Technology, Data Science and Services to align with enterprise priorities.
• Translate clinical reality into clinically grounded, defensible analyses and business rules for AI-enabled solutions and agents.
