Job summary

Norstella is hiring a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead RWD/RWE strategy and to manage a small team of RWD specialists. You will drive data-driven evidence approaches across product, data science, and technology, ensuring outputs are clinically sound and defensible.

You will translate complex clinical data into actionable insights, guide study designs, and partner with senior leaders to align evidence with strategic priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and their strengths and limits.
• MD or equivalent medical qualification is highly desirable; life sciences background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the RWD/RWE strategy and architecture across therapeutic areas.
• Direct and mentor a small team of two RWD specialists; ensure alignment with clinical specification.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Data Science to deliver AI-ready RWE capabilities.
• Ensure defensible, clinically grounded evidence logic and study designs across offerings.
