Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead RWD/RWE strategy and oversee a small team of specialists. You will partner with Product, Data Science, and Technology to translate real-world evidence into actionable insights and AI-ready solutions.

The role combines hands-on strategy with leadership, ensuring defensible cohort definitions, endpoints, and study design across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Clinical data interpretation within real-world practice context.
• Fluency in US real-world data sources and their limits.
• Technical ability to review SQL/Python/R/SAS scripts.
• MD or life sciences background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set RWD/RWE strategy and govern data in product and AI solutions.
• Own cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Product/Services/Technology.
• Translate complex RWD concepts into business value and ROI.
• Ensure RWE outputs are defensible and clinically sound.
• Lead a small team of RWD specialists and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with Product and AI teams on roadmaps and delivery.
