Lumicera is hiring a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations, and account management for Lumicera Direct. You will shape strategy, manage executive relationships with physicians and health systems, and drive growth and retention across provider partnerships.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare leadership, 5+ years of leadership of multiple functions, and strong CRM/BI experience. Remote role with national scope and travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MHA or related degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure; reciprocity may be required depending on state.
• Advanced training in healthcare leadership, provider relations, or business strategy preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or related leadership roles required.
• 5+ years of leadership managing leaders and provider-facing teams required.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and strategy required.
• Experience in growth, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives required.
• Experience with executive leaders to develop strategic plans and growth strategies required.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations and provider workflows required.
• Experience using CRM, analytics, forecasting tools and BI reporting to drive decisions required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and engagement.
• Partner with senior sales leaders to drive provider growth and retention.
• Act as executive sponsor for provider organizations to support growth and relationships.
• Establish executive relationships with physician leaders and health system executives.
• Lead executive reviews with provider organizations and align on future growth.
• Develop and maintain provider feedback channels with actionable insights.
• Serve as primary liaison between providers and Lumicera leadership.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, referrals, and market share.
• Analyze provider performance trends and market dynamics to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical services, implementation, and sales leadership.
• Manage CRM vendor relations and procurement activities.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction and service delivery.
• Provide executive reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
• Represent Lumicera Health Services at meetings and industry events.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and industry events.
