Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years in workforce development.
- Experience across boards, regions, or states in workforce services.
- Experience collaborating with state and local workforce boards.
- 5+ years of advanced project management.
- Deep knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP and related programs.
- Ability to translate technology capabilities into practical solutions.
- Strong time-management, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Partner with state leaders to perform process autopsies and identify bottlenecks.
- Translate visions into technical configurations and tool launches.
- Turn workforce directives into clear technical process flows inside Career Edge.
- Guide boards to adopt the platform to transform lives.
