Job summary

SCH Services is seeking a Workforce Transformation Director, HR to lead enterprise-wide initiatives aligning workforce capabilities with business strategy in a hybrid Minneapolis environment. The role focuses on capability development, analytics, and governance across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder alignment, design operating models, and oversee upskilling programs while partnering with senior leaders to ensure disciplined program governance and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of related work or consulting experience in workforce strategy, organizational transformation, or HR strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, including incorporation of AI and other emerging technologies.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with workforce analytics and capability development programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions with leaders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify capability requirements and workforce challenges.
• Build alignment across leadership teams on workforce priorities.
• Communicate workforce transformation strategies across the enterprise.
• Develop enterprise capability frameworks and skills taxonomies, incorporating AI and other emerging technologies.
• Design programs to upskill and reskill employees.
• Partner with learning and development teams to implement capability-building initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

MBA or advanced degree
