Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) is seeking a Director of Projects to lead solar PV and BESS EPC efforts remotely, with site travel up to 20%. You will guide large, multi-disciplinary teams from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role reports to the VP of Construction; it combines strategic leadership with hands-on project oversight and collaboration with finance, legal, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required or a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of solar project management and leadership experience.
• Electrical trades background preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project management and mentor construction teams.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of solar and BESS projects.
• Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, and risk.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
