Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive project controls experience on large EPC/construction projects with leadership in senior roles.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6; strong cost engineering and EVMS knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with Finance and Legal; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise project controls framework across EPC portfolio.
• Lead and develop a dispersed project controls team including cost engineers and schedulers.
• Oversee budget establishment, EAC forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to leadership.
• Manage cost code structure, WBS design, and cost reporting architecture for all EPC projects.
• Coordinate monthly cost reporting, WIP inputs, and budget-to-forecast reconciliation with Finance.
• Direct schedule management using Primavera P6; validate contractor/subcontractor schedules.
