Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control across EPC solar and energy storage projects. The role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, developing robust project controls, and ensuring timely reporting to senior leadership. Remote or hybrid work is supported from the Houston, TX office.

Travel up to 30% is anticipated. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or renewable energy field.
• Minimum 3 years in EPC related to renewable energy.
• At least 2 years in leadership or mentoring teams.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and experience working internationally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controlling, cost and schedule reporting.
• Develop schedules, estimates, BOMs, budgets, scopes, quotes.
• Coordinate information flow between projects and offices.
• Monitor multiple EPC projects and manage risk.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on progress, schedule, and budgets.
• Provide technical planning and client reporting.
• Support process improvements and training for the team.
