Job summary

Asplundh Brush Control, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Projects to oversee our portfolio of construction projects across power and pipeline sectors. You will lead estimating and project management from business development through financial closeout, coordinating with regional operations and key clients.

This remote role requires collaboration with customers and site meetings as needed. This leadership position reports to the General Manager and is pivotal for driving profitability,

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development: develop and implement new work strategies and client acquisition.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: maintain key client relationships and lead meetings.
• Bid Management: oversee estimating, bids, and proposal development.
• Project Controls & Financial Management: manage pricing, costs, margins, and invoicing.
• Team Leadership: mentor project managers, estimators, and field engineers.
• Risk Management & Compliance: assess risks and ensure permits and safety compliance.
• Process Improvement: analyze metrics to improve profitability and billing cycles.
