You will coordinate with regional operations, manage bids, contracts, and ensure on-time delivery while driving profitable growth in a remote-friendly environment with periodic site meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, estimating, project management, or construction in the power or pipeline industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to estimating and project management for the portfolio.
• Oversee client relationships, bids, and contract compliance; review all proposals.
• Manage project financials, costs, margins, budgeting, and invoicing across the portfolio.
• Lead and mentor project managers, estimators, and field engineers; foster collaboration.
• Ensure permits, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance ahead of project execution.
