Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies for new work generation and client acquisition.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary contact for key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
Bidding & Preconstruction Oversight: Provide leadership to the estimating department, ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates, bid packages, and contract compliance.
Project Controls & Financial Management: Assume overall responsibility for project financials across the portfolio, including pricing, costs, margins, and budget creation.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead project managers, estimators, and field engineers within the division.
Risk Management & Compliance: Evaluate project risks and ensure permits, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Process Improvement: Analyze project metrics to identify operational improvements and cost savings.
