Job summary

Coterie Insurance, a remote-first insurer, seeks a Director of Partner Distribution to lead performance and growth across partner accounts. You will oversee Partner Account Executives and Partner Development Managers, scale partner growth, and drive activation and engagement across distribution channels.

You will partner with Insurance, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve outcomes, expand the distribution footprint, and ensure profitable long-term growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insurance distribution, partner management, or sales leadership.
• Proven success leading revenue-generating teams and partner growth.
• Experience managing agency, broker, embedded, or hybrid distribution relationships.
• Experience developing scalable distribution and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing partner team.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across partner segments.
• Drive partner production, activation, and engagement.
• Set performance expectations and operating cadences.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations for forecasting and reporting.
• Represent Coterie at industry conferences and partner events.
