Job summary

Coterie Insurance is recruiting a Partner Account Executive to drive growth across a portfolio of distribution partners. You’ll own partner growth strategies, increase adoption and production, and strengthen long-term partner relationships.

You will serve as the commercial owner for strategic accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure revenue growth and expanding Coterie’s footprint within partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales, partner management, or agency distribution.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and partner expansion.
• Experience working with independent agents, brokers, aggregators, or embedded insurance platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement tools.
• Experience managing strategic relationships and business planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned partner accounts.
• Drive premium growth, partner engagement, and market expansion across assigned relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency principals, brokers, producers, and partner leadership teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for increased adoption, cross-sell, and expanded product utilization.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to ensure high-quality partner support and issue resolution.
