Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, standardize workflows, and drive efficiency across a large brokerage network. The role partners with regional leaders to optimize service delivery and profitability.

The candidate will oversee transformation, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, while ensuring exceptional client service and shareholder value. This is a fully remote national role.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

• M&A Integration Support: assist integration planning and workflow alignment.
• Systems & Technology Optimization: utilize EPIC and reporting tools to improve performance.
• Performance Analysis: use metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Change Leadership: drive adoption of new processes and practices.
