Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, partner with regional leadership, and standardize workflows to drive client service and profitability.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC strongly preferred, and experience with mergers, acquisitions, and EPIC platforms. This remote-friendly role offers strong career progression and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop capacity plans and workforce optimization.
• Collaborate with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Provide national SME guidance on Commercial P&C operations and technologies.
• Support M&A integration through planning and alignment.
• Drive engagement and accountability across producers and operations.
