Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
Proven track record leading complex acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships across the deal lifecycle.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation and execution of strategic growth opportunities (M&A, divestitures, ventures, partnerships).
Partner with executives to identify and pursue growth initiatives and competitive advantages.
Oversee transaction execution: sourcing, modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, integration planning.
