Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
• Proven track record leading complex acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships across the deal lifecycle.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.
