Qualifications

• At least 5 years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or similar environments.
• Strong financial modeling and financial acumen skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of merger and acquisition transactions.
• Develop financial and valuation models and evaluate opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and deal documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally across teams and with senior leadership to advance transactions.
