Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking an Investment Analyst for Project Finance & Infrastructure.

The role involves evaluating debt opportunities, building cash-flow models, and reviewing project documents. You will collaborate with internal and external partners throughout underwriting, closing, and portfolio management The role offers remote work with periodic in-person meetings and requires a strong foundation in finance, credit analysis, and modeling.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities for credit analysis and modeling.
• Ability to build and review project-level cash-flow models.
• Experience evaluating investment risk and structuring transactions.
• Effective communication of investment ideas across teams.
• Familiarity with project finance documentation and terms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Project Finance & Infrastructure debt opportunities with cash-flow and credit analysis.
• Develop and sensitize project-level cash-flow models for debt capacity and covenants.
• Review financing, concession, power purchase and other project documents for risk.
• Synthesize large volumes of technical information into clear investment recommendations.
• Monitor existing investments and assess performance, risk and covenant compliance.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners across the investment process.
• Coordinate underwriting, documentation, closing and ongoing management.
