Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a senior leader to oversee workplace and corporate real estate projects across the enterprise from its hybrid Nebraska location.

You will supervise a team, manage renovations, relocations, space planning, and occupancy initiatives while ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience leading corporate office workplace or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of space planning, occupancy/utilization strategies, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and related workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership to a team responsible for workplace and corporate real estate projects.
• Lead the execution of office renovations, relocations, space planning, and occupancy initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to develop, implement, and improve workplace solutions.
• Manage team workloads, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support workplace strategy initiatives including space utilization and hybrid environment practices.
