You will build pipelines, screens, and decision-ready materials for the Board and sponsors, while managing end-to-end deals.

The role requires 8–12 years in corporate development or related fields, with advanced modeling and valuation skills, and the ability to source proprietary opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of corporate development, investment banking, PE, or related experience.
• Proven leadership of buy-side transactions through evaluation, diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing.
• Advanced capability in operating models, valuation and returns analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A process from origination to signing and closing.
• Develop acquisition theses across segments, capabilities, geographies, and adjacencies.
• Build market maps, pipelines, and structured investment recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence across legal, tax, financial, and commercial teams.
• Track integration milestones and value realization post-close.
