Job summary

Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Remote Regional Development Manager to lead the launch and training of financial representatives across the division. The role includes aligning development activities with sales strategies, leading marketing initiatives, and enhancing training programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry expertise, active Life & Health licenses, and strong coaching abilities. This position promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion and requires travel up to 70% to support field offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of insurance products, sales strategies, and marketing approaches.
• Proven understanding of producer contracting and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for new financial representatives.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to new representatives.
• Manage and improve training programs for representative development.
• Deliver advanced markets education and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate and enhance development processes for efficiency.
