Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth for a global engagement solutions provider. This remote role, based in the Seattle area, targets Fortune 1000 clients and requires a stable career history with at least 10 years in direct B2B sales.
Compensation includes a base salary of $140K plus commissions and bonuses with uncapped upside. Strong track record in large deals and multi-month sales cycles is essential.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
- Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles (3–12 months).
- History of career stability with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last ten years.
- Compensation derived through leveraged commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
