The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BD experience in tech consulting or IT services, with a proven track record of winning new logos and engaging VP/C-suite leaders. Remote, US-based position with high growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of business development experience within digital engineering, technology consulting, or IT services.
• Proven success hunting and closing new-logo business.
• Experience selling custom software development, engineering services, managed services, AI, data, or modernization solutions.
• Strong network and ability to engage VP and C-suite decision-makers.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working within a CRM-driven sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and close new mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain a strong, predictable new-business pipeline.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation and close.
• Develop relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
• Sell digital engineering, custom software, managed services, AI, and data solutions.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to develop customized client solutions and proposals.
• Lead strategic presentations and proposals for VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve revenue, new-logo, and business development targets.
