Qualifications

• 8+ years in acquisition or growth marketing, with direct accountability for subscriber targets.
• Strong experience with paywall, onsite conversion, or checkout optimization and a structured test program.

Responsibilities

• Set acquisition strategy across channels, audiences, offers, messaging and journeys tied to subscriber and revenue targets.
• Own paywall and acquisition strategy with a test roadmap for offers and messaging.
• Build dynamic, scalable acquisition frameworks and templates that personalize by segment and channel.
• Use AI to analyze results, detect performance anomalies, synthesize market research, draft strategic one-pagers and shape creative direction.
• Forecast performance with cross-functional teams (Product, Pricing, FP&A, Analytics).
• Lead weekly/monthly acquisition readouts and turn insights into actions.
• Build, coach and grow a team of acquisition marketers.
