Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a Director of Growth to lead our paid acquisition across a portfolio of DTC wellness brands.

You will be in the accounts daily, diagnosing issues, shaping account architecture, bid strategy, and audience planning, reporting to the VP of Growth. You will guide a team of media buyers, optimize for CAC, ROAS, and MER, and collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics to build AI-enabled workflows that speed up analysis and decision making.

Formación

• Deep Meta and paid social expertise with 8-figure spend and scalable playbooks.
• Strong daily performance focus and ability to act on insights.
• Proven people leadership of media buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency with pixels, Conversions API, event parameters, and exclusions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily performance management across brands and channels.
• Lead the paid acquisition team and develop media buyers.
• Set and raise standards for Meta and paid social strategies.
• Ensure data quality across platforms and correct event wiring.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics.
• Allocate and pace budgets to hit CAC, ROAS, MER targets.
• Design and execute a structured testing roadmap.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows for faster analysis and reporting.
• Manage agencies and vendors as needed.
