Gen in New York seeks a senior leader to own acquisition strategy across media channels, defining budgets and priorities for owned, earned, and paid. You’ll partner with Channel CoEs, Finance, and Product Marketing to optimize CAC, LTV, and payback, while guiding geo- and promo-strategy to accelerate growth.

You will oversee weekly performance reporting, forecast updates, and cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent brand acquisition and revenue growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing.
• Experience building cross-channel marketing plans and budgets.
• Ability to defend multi-channel budgets against CAC/ROAS targets.
• Experience in consumer subscription software or cybersecurity a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual and quarterly media planning across channels with tests.
• Set cross-channel investment priorities to hit KPI and CAC targets.
• Provide weekly guidance on spend, forecast, and performance.
• Drive geo-specific media investment strategies and GTM support.
• Own the test roadmap and scale or stop decisions based on results.
