Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace seeks a Director of SIOP Integration to lead the design, governance, and integration of the enterprise SIOP process. This role ensures demand, supply, and MPS inputs are aligned, with clear escalation pathways and standardized meeting cadence across sites.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain leadership and transformation programs, a US work authorization, and ITAR/EAR compliance. This position is primarily remote with travel about 30%, and partners with Enterprise SIOP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in supply chain incl. demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
• 5+ years leading transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise SIOP guardrails (e.g., forecast accuracy, overdrive limits, plan stability thresholds).
• Own SIOP standards, templates, and cadence across the network.
• Integrate demand, supply, and MPS inputs into a cohesive SIOP storyline for reviews.
• Ensure clear escalation pathways for guardrail breaches and conflicts.
• Conduct SIOP maturity assessments across sites and centralized teams.
• Partner with Enterprise SIOP Lead to reinforce governance and adoption.
