Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Director, Health Plans to own end-to-end client relationships within the health plans vertical across the US. The role requires hands-on account management, data-driven insights, and proactive client engagement to grow and retain business.

You will run your own accounts, perform analyses, and operate in a fast-paced environment with limited external support. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, analytics, or related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with data-focused account insights.
• Experience in startup or lean, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned book of health plan accounts.
• Build account insights using enrollment and portfolio data.
• Drive growth, retention and renewals with clients.
• Lead webinars and client-ready materials.
• Monitor renewals and proactively secure contracts.
