Job summary

BetterHelp, the world’s largest online therapy service, is seeking a Director of Health Plan Business Development to lead payer strategy and partnerships in a US remote setting. You will own relationships with health plans, shape contracts, and drive access for members.

Work with cross-functional teams to optimize credentialing, reimbursement, and network design, and develop innovative models beyond traditional network participation.

Qualifications

• Experience in health plan partnerships or payer strategy.
• Proven ability to close strategic deals with health plans.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance strategic relationships with priority health plan partners and pursue new payer contracts.
• Improve existing payer arrangements including credentialing, onboarding and reimbursement.
• Develop new payer models, engagement and distribution to increase member access and value.
