Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Business Development Director to drive nationwide growth from a remote location. You will identify opportunities, evaluate partnerships, and lead a team to execute growth strategies, including RFPs, proposals, and market expansion.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in business development with supervisory experience and a healthcare background. MBA/ MPH/ MHA are a plus. Strong communication and financial analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategy, sales, or partnership roles, with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral health, or related markets preferred.
• Experience managing staff to achieve team goals and developing business cases.
• Ability to travel as required to support business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities including RFPs, partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entries.
• Lead development and submission of high‑quality proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Manage and mentor Business Development Associates to drive growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and potential clients.
• Collaborate with finance for economic analysis and business case development.
• Coordinate with operations, clinical, legal, and finance teams for planning and execution.
• Oversee creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Track opportunities and outcomes using CRM and analytics tools.
