BetterHelp is seeking an experienced Director of Psychiatric Clinical Operations to lead our Psychiatry Practice Management team. You will shape day‑to‑day operations to scale psychiatric care across our remote network while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Based in the United States with remote work, the role oversees senior clinical operations staff, partners with product and legal teams, and drives data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license.
• Minimum 8 years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychiatry.
• Experience with telehealth preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Psychiatry Operations team members (Clinical Operations Managers, QA Specialists, Psychiatry Support Specialists).
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Credentialing, and Patient Safety teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Provide clinical guidance on new products, tools, and workflows impacting providers and members.
• Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and development as the function scales.
