Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to drive cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, financial outcomes, scalability, and customer experience. You will own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and guide initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation and value realization.

The role emphasizes influence over direct management, requiring collaboration with Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence and without direct authority.
• Experience in operations-intensive environments such as healthcare services, revenue cycle management, or similar.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, executive recommendations, and measurable benefit-realization plans.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation, vendor evaluation, implementation oversight, and operational handoff.
• Program and portfolio management including scope, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources, and governance.
• Strategic problem-solving, process improvement, and operating-model redesign.
• Financial acumen including ROI, TCO, and benefit validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity assessment to implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and other functions.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and issue escalation per scope and timeline.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Align initiatives to measurable outcomes including hard-dollar savings and growth.
• Partner with Finance to validate benefits and track realized results.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and transition sustained benefit tracking to owners.
• Lead vendor evaluations, due diligence, and project governance to ensure delivery quality.
