Job summary

Network Solutions, a Newfold Digital brand, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Storefront to drive commercial performance and growth of the company’s digital storefronts.

This leader will own the end-to-end storefront ecosystem, partnering with Product, Brand, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue across domains, hosting, email, and related services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the storefront vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead the digital customer journey across acquisition, purchase, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Drive storefront revenue growth, conversion, and product attachment across domains and services.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale storefront technology and customer experience.
• Develop leadership dashboards and metrics to measure business impact.
