Job summary

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions seeks a Digital Store Director to lead the commercial performance and day-to-day evolution of our digital storefront. You will own the customer journey from discovery to purchase/RFQ, using merchandising, pricing, and insights to drive revenue and qualified opportunities.

You will manage pricing, catalog accuracy, and lead-generation initiatives while coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and IT to scale ecommerce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital commerce, or related roles with revenue responsibility.
• Experience owning digital revenue, conversion, or lead generation.
• Experience managing digital storefronts including catalog, pricing, and checkout.
• Strong metrics knowledge: revenue, margin, CVR, AOV, user adoption.
• Ability to translate data into practical merchandising and enhancements.
• Experience cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Ops, IT.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the digital storefront with revenue, margin, conversion, and lead generation accountability.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow digital revenue from new and existing customers through product assortment, merchandising, pricing, and the buying experience.
• Optimize Buy Now and RFQ pathways using funnel analysis and A/B testing to remove friction and improve conversion.
• Strengthen digital lead generation via landing pages, forms, and Contact an Expert pathways.
• Define and monitor KPIs: revenue, margin, CVR, AOV, lead volume, MAU, retention, catalog accuracy, search, uptime, speed.
