Job summary
SROA Capital, LLC is seeking a Director of Ecommerce & SEO to own the strategy and performance of the company’s digital storefront. You will grow move-ins, revenue, and customer growth through website management, SEO, and conversion optimization, leading a cross-functional team across Marketing, Revenue Management, Technology, and Operations.
The ideal candidate combines enterprise-level Ecommerce leadership with strong experience in website management, analytics, UX, and local and technical
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of hands-on SEO and CVR/CRO performance experience in multi-location environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with marketing, tech, content, and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage direct reports in agile environments with clear deliverables and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and roadmap for Website and SEO performance across technical, content, and local SEO initiatives.
- Oversee SEO content strategy, keyword targeting, internal linking, and scalable content optimization frameworks.
- Manage vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality SEO, UX, and reputation management projects.
