Job summary

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions seeks a Digital Store Director to lead the commercial performance and day-to-day evolution of our digital storefront. The role owns the customer journey from discovery through purchase and RFQ, driving online revenue, conversion, and adoption among professional buyers.

The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce and is based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with a hybrid work arrangement after in-office training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital commerce, or related field with revenue responsibility.
• Experience owning digital revenue, conversion, or customer engagement improvements.
• Experience managing a digital storefront or ecommerce platform (catalog, pricing, merchandising, checkout).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (revenue, margin, AOV, retention, site performance).
• Ability to translate data into merchandising and platform enhancements.
• Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own online revenue, gross margin, conversion, and lead generation for the digital storefront.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow digital revenue from new and existing customers.
• Optimize Buy Now and RFQ paths through data-driven experiments to improve conversion.
• Improve landing pages, inquiry experiences, and “Contact an Expert” workflows.
• Define and monitor KPIs including revenue, AOV, MRR, catalog accuracy, and site performance.
• Coordinate pricing, catalog accuracy, and online product information with sales and procurement.
