Job summary

Network Solutions, a Newfold Digital brand, seeks a Sr. Director, Performance Marketing to lead the portfolio’s paid growth and customer acquisition.

You will drive strategy, investments, and performance across channels, partnering with Storefront, Brand, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to maximize revenue and lifetime value. You will bring 10–12+ years in performance and growth marketing, strong leadership of large teams, and deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10–12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or revenue marketing leadership.
• 4–6+ years leading large, high-performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of significant paid media budgets and marketing-driven revenue.
• Proven success scaling subscription-based or recurring-revenue businesses with strong CAC/LTV management.
• Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic media, affiliates, attribution, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the performance marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition growth across all paid digital channels.
• Develop scalable acquisition strategies that drive profitable revenue growth with healthy CAC-to-LTV economics.
• Identify new channels, technologies, partnerships, and targeting opportunities.
• Lead strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, programmatic, retargeting, native, and emerging channels.
• Apply measurement, forecasting, and reporting practices; develop attribution models and performance insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing performance marketing team; manage agencies and partners.
