Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in product operations, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or related discipline, incl. operating models in large orgs.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into scalable governance, planning, prioritization processes, and performance measures across teams.
• Proven ability to lead executive discussions, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make tradeoffs, and lead change with practical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, delivering, and improving products.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership, accelerate decisions, surface risks, and strengthen accountability.
• Lead operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and follow-through on priorities.
• Own team operations: budget planning, workforce coordination, recruiting and onboarding, and communications.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital by boosting engagement and transparency.
• Lead and develop the program management team, setting direction and ensuring disciplined execution.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and improve the operating model.
