Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in product operations, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Consumer Digital product operating model, defining roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain practical tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, prioritizing, delivering, and measuring products.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership, accelerate decisions, surface risks, and strengthen accountability.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and communications on priorities and commitments.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce coordination, recruiting and onboarding processes, and organization-wide communications.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital by promoting engagement, transparency, collaboration, and shared priorities.
• Develop the Consumer Digital program management team, setting direction and ensuring disciplined execution of initiatives.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and effectiveness of the operating model.
