Job summary

Partners in Digital Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote Massachusetts setting. You will drive technology strategy for core clinical care products, including documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps, with emphasis on safety, patient experience, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Proven history partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models enabled by technology.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute care model strategy and deliver tech products.
• Translate clinical vision into rigorous problem statements, specs, and Epic/tech architectures.
• Establish shared outcome metrics linking technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
