Job summary
Partners in Digital Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to drive technology strategy and execution for outpatient care products. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes.
The role requires deep Epic/EHR expertise, value-based care knowledge, and proven leadership in healthcare tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- Experience in healthcare technology product management and Epic Epic EHR workflows.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional healthcare technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for clinical documentation and care delivery technology.
- Partner with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end technology roadmaps.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, engineers, data scientists and designers.
- Ensure Epic/EHR integrations with external data sources for real-time insights.
- Drive value-based care alignment and operational cost improvements.
