Job summary
Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote role based in the US. You will lead strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products, including documentation and in-clinic/virtual encounters, with a focus on safety, patient experience, and cost optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred or clinical background encouraged.
- Extensive experience with Epic EHR workflows and configurations.
- Strong understanding of Value-Based Care and retail health models.
Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare leadership to define care model strategy and ensure safe, efficient outpatient care.
- Lead cross-functional technology teams to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps and actionable specifications.
- Drive end-to-end technology execution and optimize clinical outcomes, patient experience, and cost of care.
- Establish and track outcome metrics to measure clinical quality and financial performance.
