Job summary
Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote-capable role focused on outpatient care technology. You will steer product strategy and end-to-end execution for clinical documentation and care encounters, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to deliver safe, high-quality care at scale.

- Executive presence with senior stakeholders and frontline staff.
- Epic EHR workflows and configuration experience.
- Understanding of Value-Based Care and FFS models.
- Proven cross-functional team leadership in health tech.
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Partner with care delivery leadership to define care model strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into tech roadmaps.
- Oversee Epic architecture and external data integrations with clinical practice.
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve targeted clinical and financial outcomes.
